Isshin Healthy Food is operated by Y&D Restaurant Pty Ltd (ABN 96 675 935 510), Shop 6, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (next to Guzman Y Gomez). This policy explains what we collect when you order on this website and how we handle it. Questions or requests: hello@isshinhealthyfood.com.au.

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address, your order details and pickup time, and anything you write in the order notes (for example allergies or dietary needs). Your card details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor — they never reach our systems.

We use this information only to prepare your order, contact you about it, send order emails (confirmation, changes, cancellation), process refunds, and keep the business and tax records we are required to keep. We do not send marketing emails and will never do so without asking you first, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

If you note an allergy, that note is shown to our kitchen staff so they can see it when preparing your order.

Your information is handled by a small set of service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (sending order emails), Zoho Mail (our mailbox), and our web host in Melbourne, Australia. We keep regular backups of order records so orders are not lost if something fails.

Order records (including your contact details and any notes) are kept for as long as Australian tax and business record-keeping rules require, and then deleted.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it for tax or legal records). Email hello@isshinhealthyfood.com.au and we will respond promptly.
